The Spirito Method is an embodied healing method for profound personal transformation and liberation

From intellectualizing to embodying. Maybe you’ve seen healers, gone to therapy, worked with plant medicine, read the books, and have journaled about it… But STILL don’t feel like you are living the reality that you know you are destined for. NOW WHAT?
The missing piece is embodiment.
The Spirito Method bridges that gap from thinking about your future self to being them.
A novel approach that teaches you trauma and nervous system-informed somatic, energetic, subconscious, and conscious literacy and technique. We help you to develop intuitive faculties and get clear on your unique service to the world. To align and harmonize the mind, body, and soul. You are here to bring about deep and complete personal growth and change. This comprehensive method guides facilitators and a conscious community to steward integrity, service, and connection in the healing space.

You have a unique path of development and service.
The Spirito Method curriculum is designed to meet and guide you with individual and group curriculum. With intimate mentorship groups, we create an impact network and revere the power of belonging and presence. The Spirito Method is summed by two parts: The Intuitive Mentorship (Levels I + II), and The Spirito Method Practitioner training and certification (Level III).
Although the curriculum is designed for practitioners you don’t have to be a practitioner to participate. This work influences the core of who you are. Each level is designed to be complete for all levels of commitment.

* Energetic Literacy - Master foundation of energy healing technique, energetic hygiene, setting up and facilitating space
* Learn to read energy, charges, timelines, identify and expand psychic intuitive gifts.
* Somatic Healing Literacy - Master foundation of somatic healing techniques
* Learn to read the body, the nervous system, and how to balance and ground dis-ease and imbalance of the nervous system and body
* Release lack, limitation, and separation and reclaim abundance, authenticity, and liberation in your life.

Complete personal self study + group curriculum assigned to you

Optional 5-night retreat. Opportunity to attend Level II Retreat if you have completed Levels I + II. If you plan to become a Spirito Method practitioner, you must attend Level II Retreat.
* Master and practice healing modalities and reading from Level I and Level II.
* Develop your service (your co-creation and specialty)
* Master in-person energetic and somatic technique (both in-field and hands-on)
* Foundation for The Spirito Method breath technique and facilitation
* In-depth practice transformational programming ceremony

Become certified as a Spirito Method Practitioner.
Receive a certificate and master trauma-informed conscious, subconscious, somatic, and energetic facilitation and healing.
To claim the method, you must complete the 6-month Practitioner Path group curriculum and personal curriculum and go through the retreat practical.
You will have the option to apply to work for Ritual & Routine as a practitioner and/or apply it to your business & work in the world.

Mary Spirito
Founder of The Spirito Method
Mary Spirito has been an Intuitive Healer and Master Coach for almost a decade. She is a medicine woman and psychedelic trauma expert. She is the steward of @Ritualandroutine, Ritual Membership, The Collective, The Ritual and Routine Podcast, and global retreats and immersions.
A healer in integrity is a healer who awakens and supports those to heal themselves. Certified in 10+ healing and coaching modalities and lineage, Mary works holistically with conscious, subconscious, somatic, and energetic layers of being.

Because of that, there are lifestyle asks, and committed practices to help us to stay in integrity with our development during the Intuitive Mentorship. We will inform you of the exact specifications during your interview to see if the Intuitive Mentorship is energetically correct for you.

The application process is as follows:
Complete the application, linked below.
We will then communicate with you via direct message on Instagram regarding additional details, as well as your intention to join the mentorship.
We will then assess whether the mentorship is energetically correct for you. If so, the enrollment process begins.
You will then receive curriculum materials, access to the Level I communication chat, as well as the call and lab schedule.
After the kick-off calls, we will assign both personal and group curriculum for you to complete over the 4 months of Level I. Upon completion of, Level I mentees will be given the option to enroll in Level II.
